Blog post

Saturday, the second day in Vancouver, began cloudy and quite cold.  After I moved some files from my PC to drive as I learned from my friend, I decided to go out to walk around. My first destination was shopping area along Robson street to see whether I can find sweater to keep me warm.  I also wanted to walk along the Seawall I have heard so much.  (You can also bike along.)  Though we had some drizzle here and there, it was nice to get out. I saw a big ship in addition to seaplane touching down.

The walk along the sea wall is very nice and it began clearing up and warmer.  Extreme weather is everywhere it seems as Alaska has such hot weather as in Europe.  The news on earthquake in California is attracting some attention.

After walking so much,  I sat at the lobby of the hotel at Canada Place and tried to get the ticket to tonight’s concert.  After some trial and error, I walked back to the hotel to give another try. With the help of online chat, I managed to print out e-ticket. We will see whether this works or not.

It worked and I went to Paul McCartney’s concert at BC Place.  This is the second time I saw him perform these few years. As last time, with no opening act, he performed about 3 hours straight”  I will have more to write later. So stay tuned.
