IMG_7352Video archive and the summary of the session #30 of Davos Experience in Tokyo series held at Unilever on October 9 is now ready for your view through this link.

In the opening talk (some 35 minutes), after my brief introduction and brief exchange of ideas among participants about sustainability, Mr. Fulvio Guarneri of Unilever Japan made a presentation on Unilever’s initiatives on sustainability. (In a word, sustainability IS business model itself!) After very interesting Q & A session, 8 small groups started their breakout sessions
breakoutTo our regret, the report back from each group was NOT taped (probably due to technical problems) , and you are not able to find what creative ideas were developed by the groups. (Our apologies as this is the part I want to show to all).

(Photo on the left shows one of the charts group presented.)
After the session, I did two rounds of interviews–the first with Mr. Kitajima of Unilever and the second with Ms. Matsumoto, first time participant of Tokyo. They are done in Japanese and English.
In addition, I did two more interviews with KMD students who participated in the event three days after the session. Enjoy video with summary by checking the link.
Our next session is scheduled for Friday, November 6. Our guest is Yusuke Matsuda, founder of Teach for Japan. We will discuss how new approach to learning and education can be developed and implemented creatively. Details and registration, check our website. I will be looking forward to seeing you then!
