Blog post

As I wrote earlier, I will run three workshops/seminars starting tonight-two in English, GAS Special seminar #3 tonight at Roppongi Academy Hills, and #30 of Davos Experience in Tokyo series, tomorrow night at Unilever Japan, and one on Saturday at Ochanomizu University in Japanese.  (In fact, I have another seminar in Nagoya tomorrow, but it will be closed to certain organization, and not open to public.)

ajabIMG_0852Judging from the interest of the people applying for these workshops, you can tell certain tendency.  “Self-branding creatively” by the Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy & Mather Japan tonight attracts younger and more diverse group of people in terms of nationality.  The one tomorrow on Sustainability and Business, naturally, attracts more business people and Japanese, it seems.   I do not know who have applied for the seminar on Saturday, but probably more women.  These seminars/workshops are still open (I believe) if you happen to find time and want to try the new field.

IMG_5725Discussion we had last night at virtual conference on the result of Global survey of Future of Jobs seems to indicate (still preliminary) several interesting tendencies about the type of jobs which will grow/decline in different industries.  It has some implications for the gender gap issues as well.  As we are discussing the issues in Abu Dhabi in three weeks, I will keep you posted on the future trends.
