When you feel tired (more mentally than physically), workout seems to give you back second wind.  You may feel that you are to o tired to do anything, much less workout with weights, balance ball etc.  In fact, workout seems to give back energy.

Now we are officially in rainy season in Tokyo, so jogging outdoor is out of question (unless you are one of the hardcore who runs rain or shine.)  With high humidity, you may feel more tired.  I strongly suggest that you do some strength program to build muscle, making the best of the season.  It makes you feel better, too.

Spring when the weather is crisp and nice is the best time to start exercise, we often hear.  But it may be good to go against conventional wisdom.  Try it!
