This afternoon (Sunday, July 29) we hosted #3 of Global Agenda Seminar series. This has been the fourth session, and the assignment was to improve short speech we covered the month before based upon the feedback each of them received from Prof. Taniguchi and myself.

In the second half, we formed the ad hoc group to discuss and present their plan to make “MINPAKU” rental of private home more accessible, safe etc. etc.  Each participant had thought about this issue and they discussed for 20 minutes or so to decide on the message and story.

Though everybody had the same topic and assignment, the group took quite diverse approaches.  I felt this is how we learn what “diversity” is all about.  We will have another month before the next session.  I will try to figure out the way how we can keep the momentum high…
