Blog post

After 9 hour flight from Haneda, I arrived at Vancouver airport. When I felt the air, I felt like a different person. It is sunny, crisp and cool around 25C or so.
I asked to change the car I rented to a smaller SUV when I found out the one reserved was too big. (I was right to ask for change, because I ended up with the brand new car AND the bigger SUV would not have been fit with the garage of the unit.)
After a bit of grocery shopping at Whole Foods, I drove about 2.5 hours to Whistler. The unit I rent this year is new (in a sense I never rented before) and thus I had to find the unit AND explore the unit. (It consists of several floors, two bedroom).
My friend who is kind enough to keep my golf bag etc. came over with a bottle of wine after I half unpacked and finished initial grocery shopping. She and I talked for a while and it was time for me to do personal mentoring for my tech online training.
I asked several questions to my personal mentor who is so kind and gave me several suggestions. It was nice. (It is at 10:30 pm our time!)
Now I am still checking TV/DVD player and other things. The rest will be tomorrow. It is the Independence Day tomorrow –great BBQ day!
