Blog post

I have found (finally) that music is what makes me feel alive. As I usually feel tired/somewhat down while in Whistler, at least for few days, during almost every summer I spent there, I have tried different ways to cheer me up.

Sometimes, it is reflection of my own activities, remembering inspiring moments and people I have encountered and/or deep breathing (something a little bit like mindfulness, I believe) practice that changes my mood.

This time, I realized that music is what makes me feel alive and re-energized.
I have always loved music (certain kinds) whatever form it is, but this is the first time I become aware of its importance in my life. My colleague used to say, “No music, no life.” I agree.

PS  I felt that singing the hymn at church has the same effect….
