Blog post

At year end, I usually review my activities during the past year, and set several goals for the next year.  This past year, I had a big project of publishing a book and many small things, which made my days quite complicated.  (I could not recall my own activities, particularly in the last three months of the year, as so many things were happening and I was always under time pressure.) Last year,  I made a big shift, resigning from all the government assignment to spend some time with my parents (who are in the 80s).   The world has been and still is going under huge transformation.

I decided to keep it simple this year.  Instead of setting up elaborate goals etc., I will make a major shift in terms of my time and resource allocation.    Let us see how it works.
