Blog post

This morning I visited ICS of Hitotsubashi after a year. I left ICS this time last year after teaching there for over 10 years.   It dawned on me that today is the last day of the year 2011 and some people are transferred to new positions/assignments etc.  I wanted to visit them  before they leave to thank them  for what they did for me while I was at ICS.  I managed to take time to go there, and it was such a happy reunion!

I used to say jokes with the guard at the building and I was able to say Hi to some of them today. I was able to show some of my recent photos to staff and talk about what is going on at ICS.  I felt very relaxed  though it was the first time I visited the office since last March!

I personally  like new initiatives and new assignments  and thus I was happy to see quite a few people at ICS are on to the new journey.  Spring is around the corner and it is time for us to start a new beginning and new journey.  How exciting!

Today I made a full strategic presentation about Chile, Argentina and Brazil for a very successful Japanese company. I was given only one day to prepare the review and to advise on which country would fit best the company’s strategy. I think I could only meet the deadline becase of your course. Thank You. Olivier
