 This is Part 3 of the report of Davos Experience in Tokyo #51. (For the previous reports, follow this link.) At Davos Experience in Tokyo Session #51 on Friday, September 1, we had much longer Q & A session after Mr. Aoto’s presentation.  We wanted to encourage participants to ask many questions as this is a good opportunity to ask any questions we might have about Mindfulness.  In fact, we had many good questions.

Here in this short (4 minutes) video, Mr. Aoto explained how to practice mindfulness in our daily life. He explained details of  what to do and why.
