Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2012 will be held throughout the world in November every year.  This year, GEW Japan will be held from November 9 through November 21 at different locations in Tokyo.

GEW Japan is organized by Impact Japan with the help of sponsors.  A variety of programs are scheduled for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs-to-be to exchange ideas and move beyond talk to action!

On Wednesday, November 21, we will have the session entitled “Developing Next Generation of Global Leaders”.  (If you cannot go to the link, please start from the main page and go to 11.21 part.) In the first half of the afternoon session, we will introduce St. Gallen Symposium and I will moderate the panel with two young leaders who  participated in St. Gallen Symposium this year.  Student representative from St. Gallen Symposium will be there to introduce the Symposium and to explain how to apply.

St. Gallen Symposium  is one of my favorite symposiums, as I love the concept of “Dialogue between the leaders of today and the leaders of tomorrow” and the fact that everything (planning, operation etc.) is conducted by the student body of St. Gallen University.

Our session will be followed by another session introducing Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum.  I am quite familiar with this group as well.

If you come to GRIPS in the afternoon of November 21, you will be exposed to exciting world of entrepreneurs and will know how to make the best of the opportunities.  I hope to see you there!
