We tend to take for granted, but health is almost the most important thing we have.  (I am not talking about Health care debate in the US.)    Something as minor as common cold affects your energy level,  etc. I find.

I was down with cold since I left Tokyo a week ago and the cold weather in NYC did not help much.  Though NYC is my favorite city, I found myself a bit out of it.  My appetite was gone, my energy level was relatively low and I had trouble with my sleep pattern(some of it was due to time zone difference).  I was wondering why I seem to have rather passive mentality (unlike me), now I  realize it was almost all due to the fact I was suffering from cold.

Now I am back in Tokyo and feel better (now I seem to have hay fever!),  I am ready to start a new course today!
