I bought Sixpad by Foot Fit and have been using it every day.  I tend to have cramps during the night and heard from my friend that Sixpad works well.  As I am workout freak and want to try almost anything related to workout, I ordered and started using every day.  I was not sure about the level I should start, and asked my friend who told me she started at level 10 and now at 15!  So I followed her suggestion and moved to 10 (the first time, I tried at level 6).

It is not clear yet whether it is working or not (I use stairs to build my thigh muscle not to fall) and plan to continue.  Now I am at 13.

It feels that I am getting better at jumping rope these days, so maybe it is working!
