Another celebration is in order for Dr. Kiyoshi Kurokawa.  He was selected as one of the 100 Global  Thinkers 2012 by the Foreign Policy. Foreign Policy select 100 Global Thinkers every year and he was selected, because of his inspiring thought leadership and courage to chair the Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Committee after Fukushima.

I have had a fortune to see him several times in the past week (including tonight at the Table for Two meeting,  quite accidentally, as many events where we were involved took place in the past week), and feel very privileged to have the opportunity to work with him on several projects.

His work and thought leadership seems to be more appreciated overseas than in Japan.  There is no national boundary for the great thinkers and I want to congratulate him and thank him for his extraordinary contribution not only to Japan but also to the world.  Congratulations, Dr. K!
