2012 Talent Mobility report is now available at the World Economic Forum  website.  This year’s report is entitled ” Talent Mobility Good Practices-Collaboration at the Core of Driving Economic Growth”.  I have served as Vice Chair of the Talent & Skills Mobility Council, one of the Global Agenda Councils organized by the WEF since July 2011, and am particularly delighted to see the report published.

This report has collections of over 50 case studies indicating the specific programs etc. to address talent issues we all face today.  We are also in the process of building the knowledge bank of case studies so that people can access.  It has been very exciting to be involved with this project, and we have every intention to continue our effort to address one of the urgent issues we all face today, i.e. employment,  job creation and economic growth.

We will be discussing more about the report and collaborating actions and mechanisms at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos in two weeks.  For reports, please follow this link.
