Blog post

3 days of orientation for incoming students, with project camp with my first year students, board meeting over the telephone, visit at Tsukiji fish market at 5:30 a.m. followed by the project meeting at Starbucks when it opened, and the talk at the reunion for the business executives is finally over.  I am now relaxed, with a glass of wine, and writing this blog.

3 days were stormy, as I was not physically 100%.  I felt tired, with headache and upset stomach for three days.  As I was not feeling 100% right, I tried to get as much sleep as possible every night after the official program was finished. (Many people went out after that!)

As I finished the stormy 3 days and now feel relaxed at home, I find there is a strong correlation between the physical and mental.  When you do not feel good physically, it is difficult to take on a challenging task and you find yourself easily irritated.  When you are feeling great physically, you feel you can almost  do the impossible!.

It is important to take care of your health to be able to do exciting and innovative things!
