Blog post

On Thursday, June 22, we kicked off Global Agenda Seminar 2017 at Roppongi Academy Hills. This year’s topic is Project Management and participants will define the issue and recommend the solution to resolve the issue to the client, together with the action plan. It will be relatively long process of over five months until the end of November.
At kick off, I welcomed the participants and clients, and explained how GAS series have evolved since 2010 and why we decided on this year’s topic. Then three project client representativesーBritish Chamber of Commerce, Finnish Chamber of Commerce & Tobitate Japan organized by MiEXT- shared with us the issues as they face.
We then formed six groups-2 each- of 5 or 6 members. I am glad that we were able to form six groups, based almost on participants’ wishes.
During the get-together that followed, each participant introduced themselves in 30 seconds.

I am very much looking forward to working with them and hope that all the participants practice learning by doing and we will be able to deliver results that meet the expectations of our clients.

Below is short slide show of the session.
